But in discussing this matter with other immigration attorneys across the country, we have all seen a tremendous uptick in the number of requests for evidence issued by USCIS. There are cases now where they are identical to cases that we filed four or five years ago, and now we're getting all these requests for evidence that are very onerous, consuming, and worthless.
